What is the DsBay.com shipping method?
We use Airmail or Registered Airmail, depending on the cost of your package. To avail of express shipping, feel free to Contact Us.

Where is the order shipped from?
Our office and warehouse is based in Dublin, Ireland. The majority of our products are stored and shipped from our Dublin warehouse and everything else is ordered from our suppliers as and when we need them.

Does DsBay.com ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide without additional charge.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to process, package and post your order within the first 24hours of your purchase. Then depending on your location you should receive your purchase in 7-10 days. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped and an expected time of arrival.


How can you get my shipping address?
We'll get your shipping address when you make payment by PayPal,please note PayPal will be not share any of your financial information to us except shipping address.


Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?
DsBay.com may decide to package your items separately due to weight, size concerns or some products out of stock.You will receive a confirmation email for each package we send.


What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, please check your email to make sure your order was sent in one package, if separately, please be patience for another one. If all packages have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing clearly for small item. This is a rare problem and we will deal with it promtly once you send us an email.
